Brenntag Canada’s experienced account management and technical service teams will provide chemical program troubleshooting and optimization expertise as well as customized technical solutions.  Our focus is to provide innovative chemical program management and proactive technical solutions that will assist in the reduction of maintenance and operating costs while enhancing productivity, reliability and efficiency. 

 

We have dedicated technical service teams for our process chemical, production chemical, refining chemical and drilling & specialties product lines.  These technical service teams are staffed with experienced personnel, including professional engineers and chemists.  An ideal combination of technical expertise and hands-on experience enable our technical service teams to competently analyze oil and gas system problems and provide optimal solutions for our customers.

 

Alberta Technical Centre

Our Calgary Technical Centre is the main Brenntag laboratory in Western Canada and is a state of the art facility, equipped to analyze many of the process fluids, production fluids or deposits found in oil and gas production and processing systems.  Managing our own laboratory facility allows us to control analysis turnaround time – in the event of an emergency, customers can expect results within 24 hours on important analytical samples.

 

Research and development activities are also managed from the Technical Centre.  The Brenntag R&D group provides technical support for product evaluation and development.  A wide variety of corrosion testing protocols have been developed by Brenntag Canada to evaluate the field performance of corrosion inhibition programs. 

 

Brenntag Canada monitors global oil and gas initiatives for proven leading edge technologies.   And, when new technology is available which provides improved chemical program performance, we will present it to our customers for their customers.
