Hiring Process
At Brenntag Canada, our philosophy is to support the growth and development of our people and, through internal job posting programs and succession initiatives, our employees are kept informed of vacant roles across the organization.
Wherever possible, employees will be considered for vacant or newly-created roles that would further their career development and are a fit with their skills and expertise.
There are, however, occasions when new skills are required to meet the demands of a role and/or we do not have necessary resources in-house.
